Products

Our textiles are handcrafted using traditional batik or weaving methods in Indonesia.

Items are sewn and finished at a sewing enterprise in Lancaster County, PA.

Please wash all fabrics with a mild soap in cold water. Dry on "Air" setting or hang to dry.

Please do not dry in direct sunlight.

If desired: Press damp fabric on reverse using a pressing cloth (e.g. a clean pillowcase).

Please do not iron directly onto the batik fabric - especially the natural dye.

Pillows shipped within the US come with a non allergenic 300 thread count cotton cover insert.

Only some of our products are made with natural plant based dyes. We will continue to

increase our inventory of sustainably produced batiks and woven cloths.

Shipping

In stock items will ship out via USPS or FedEx in 1 - 3 business days.

Tracking numbers will be sent via email.

Please contact us if your order is time sensitive.

Free shipping is not available on wholesale orders.

International shipping: Please inquire.

At this time pillows with inserts cannot be shipped internationally.

Shipping costs will be determined on a per order basis.

Returns

All items are handcrafted and are likely to have minor inconsistencies in the pattern and/or color.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted except for damaged items. If you receive a damaged item, please notify us immediately and we will arrange for the return and replacement. Return requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Custom work cannot be returned.

If there is no replacement for the item, we will issue a refund via Paypal.
